Canon Australia
In 2007 at Canon, Synergy is providing management development education and coaching in basic management and leadership disciplines with an emphasis on process improvement. We are using our well proven method of "learn by doing" with learning from formal sessions applied to real improvement projects, selected by the Executive Team. Throughout a 3 months learning program, small teams of Managers are putting learning into practice to make real $ benefits.
The intent is for the program to cover all managers within the Australian enterprise to deploy practical management approaches to business improvement and accountability of performance.
