Work Cover Queensland engaged Alex and the Synergy team in 2009 to learn the Six Sigma method of process improvements.

The hands on, direct application approach of Synergy allowed the team to add real value to the business at the same time learning a raft of valuable new tools.

This approach meant that downtime for tutorial sessions was minimised and was efficient with respect to work load prioritisation.

The icing on the cake for team members was a thoroughly embedded set of tools and methods, for use in everyday applications ranging from personal tasks to the biggest business challenges.
