1 - Introductory Lean / Six Sigma Workshop

• Half day, in-house for groups of 4 to 16, ideal for managers or new project teams
• A 2 hour overview of Synergy’s Lean / Six Sigma methods
• A 2 hour exercise, where teams apply our simplified Lean/Six Sigma method to a real problem in your organisation

• By applying Lean/Six Sigma your people gain understanding and taste the benefits

• In many cases, quick wins are identified from this ½ day learning process
• Includes a report of team findings 
• Fee = $1,350 + GST + travel cost if outside NSW/Vic

2 - Lean / Six Sigma Explained – Yellow Belt Training

• 2 days duration, as a public program, or on your site for groups of 4 to 16
• The schedule includes theory of Lean and Six Sigma plus lots of activities, and opportunities to relate the theory to issues and opportunities in your organisation.
• Training manuals provided and active participants receive Yellow Belt certificates
• Fee = $5,450 + GST total for in-house program (+ travel cost if outside NSW/Vic)
  
• Fee = $795 + GST per person for public program. 15% off for >1 person.

3 - Learn-by-doing Project Teams – Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt Training

• In-house for 4 to 16 people, tailored to your organisation's needs
• 8 x 4 hour fortnightly learning sessions and 8 x 2 hour coaching each project team
• Project teams of 4 people work on real improvement projects in your organisation
• Learning, doing, learning, doing, etc over a 2 to 3 months period
• NOW WITH FREE MINITAB QUALITY COMPANION 3  Six Sigma Software
  
• At the final session, teams recommend solutions to your Management Team

• Teams typically achieve savings equivalent to 3 to 30 times the Synergy fee

• Training manuals are provided

• Participants are assessed for competence and receive Green Belt certificates
• This method has been proven by Synergy over 100s of projects over 18 years
  
• Fee = $7,950 plus $1,525 per person; e.g. for 4 pp = $3,513 per person, for 16 = $2,022 per person
• Travel cost additional (for coaching sessions) if outside NSW/Vic

4 - Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt Training - On-line plus coaching

• For individuals whose busy work schedule doesn't allow time to attend classes
  
• Training on-line through Seek Learning’s web based program, over 3 - 4 months
• Synergy coaches as you apply Lean/Six Sigma to a real project in your organization
• Suitable if you wish to learn as an individual
• Supervised final exam and certificates issued by American Society for Quality (ASQ)
• Total fee = $7,750 + GST, for Seek Learning on-line course and Synergy coaching
• Travel cost additional if outside NSW/Vic 

5 - Q-Skills  Training

• Self-paced training in the Lean / Six Sigma tools, using innovative, interactive software
• Useful for green belts to learn how to use the key Lean / Six Sigma tools
• A free trial of one licence for a month

6 - Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt Training - On-line plus coaching

• Training on-line through Seek Learning’s web based program, over 3 - 4 months
• Synergy coaches as you apply Lean / Six Sigma to a real project in your organization
• Suitable if you wish to learn as an individual
• Supervised final exam and certificates issued by American Society for Quality (ASQ)
• Total fee = $9,750 + GST, for Seek Learning on-line course and Synergy coaching
• Travel cost additional (for coaching sessions) if outside NSW/Vic
